Viral Ebook Explosion versus Butterfly Reports Viral Ebooks

A few people wrote me asking what the difference was between the Viral Ebook Explosion program and the Butterfly Reports program. In my opinion, they are both good viral ebook programs and I’m using both of them in my viral ebook marketing. I thought I’d expound on a few of the differences between the two ebook programs here.

• The ebooks you rebrand on their site will be 100% rebranded with all of your affiliate links whether you join as a free member or as a paid member.
• You can rebrand any ebook that you have 100% resale rights to (even though it is not a book offered on the site…however the rebranding will be for your use only to give these books away and will not be made available for other members of Viral Ebook Explosion to rebrand).
• Free Membership gives you the opportunity to rebrand the viral ebooks with your own affiliate links included, create download pages that you can promote on article sites, press release sites, your own squeeze pages, ad sites such as USFreeads, and to your own list. You also automatically become an affiliate with your free membership to Viral Ebook Explosion and earn commission on people you send to the site who sign up for the one time offer and the monthly membership.
• One Time Offer Membership gives you the opportunity to create “Opt-In Pages” which can be used as squeeze pages requiring anyone who comes to your page to submit their name and e-mail before they download the freeebook. This is a great tool to use for building your lists. The one time offer is a $47 one time payment.
• Monthly Memberships are only available to members who have upgraded with the One Time Offer Membership. The monthly memberships not only give you the free download pages and the opt-in pages, but you you also have access to rebrand ebooks that are NOT available with the free memberships and one time offer memberships. You also have access to interview videos from several very successfulonline marketers that you can brand and put on your own pages making you look much more professional and building your lists and generating sales much quicker, plus you’ll be able to put video reviews on your pages and in addition you will be able torebrand viral ebooks with your own links (your own website or landing pages links instead of the affiliate links you use for rebranding with the free memberships and one time offer memberships). The fee for the monthly membership is $17 per month
• Affiliate Commissions are 70% of anyone who purchases the One Time Offer and 50% of anyone who purchases the monthly memberships.
• Affiliate Tools And Resources are abundant including pre-written e-mails you can use, articles you can use, free gifts and bonuses you can give away on your websites and squeeze pages, squeeze page templates, lists of article sites you can submit to, lists ofebook sites you can submit your viral ebooks to, and much much more. The resources they give you are extraordinary and plenty to keep you busy marketing your viral ebooks. The bonuses and gifts can also be rebranded with your affiliate links for a fee, or you can just download them for your own use.

Butterfly Reports

• The reports for free members are only branded with 25% of your affiliate links. In order to have the viral ebook branded with 100% of your affiliate links you must upgrade to the Gold or Platinum Memberships.
• Free Membership automatically enrolls you as an affiliate to promote the viral ebooks and viral reports. Also, as I mentioned, when you rebrand the viral reports 25% of the links inside the report will be rebranded with your own affiliate links. Also, with the free membership you can upload one of your own reports to the site each month and once it has been uploaded with your website and your products, other members of Butterfly Reports canrebrand it with their affiliate links and promote your ebook and your products for you. You cannot do this with Viral Ebook Explosion.
• Gold Membership allows you to pay for your membership on a monthly basis and cancel at anytime. It is more expensive per month than the Platinum Membership, but it does allow you to cancel your monthly membership at any time. With the Gold Membership, when yourebrand the viral ebooks (viral reports), they are rebranded with 100% of your affiliate links…as opposed to rebranding with only 25% of your affiliate links with the free membership. Every link in the report will be your own affiliate link. You can also submit 10 of your own reports each month promoting your own products and programs, and then other members can rebrand these reports with their affiliate links promoting your products.
• Platinum Membership is much the same as the Gold Membership except that it is an annual payment at a reduced cost of the monthly membership. All viralebooks you rebrand with the Platinum Membership will be 100% rebranded with your affiliate links, and you can submit and upload 100 of your own reports each year promoting your own products and programs that other Butterfly Report members can then rebrand with their affiliate links promoting your products.
• Affiliate Commissions are 25% of anyone who joins as a gold member or platinum member. Affiliate commissions are paid to you whether you are a free member, gold member or platinum member.
• Affiliate Tools and Resources are readily available on the site for all affiliates and include pre-written e-mails, articles, etc. They also have some great free products for you to download for your own use.

All in all, the main differences are the % of affiliate links that are rebranded with your free memberships…whereby Viral Ebook Explosion ebooks are rebranded with 100% of your affiliate links with your free membership and Butterfly Reports are only branded with 25% of your affiliate links with the free membership. ViralEbook Explosions monthly memberships are a little less expensive than those of Butterfly reports, but you also have to accept the One Time Offer with ViralEbook Explosions before you can upgrade to the monthly membership. With both viral marketing programs you can submit your own ebooks for rebranding, however on Viral Ebook Explosion the ebooks you submit are for your own rebranding and will not be available for other members to rebrand. Butterfly reports allows you to submit your own reports and have them remain on the site for other members to rebrand with your products being promoted.
Both are great programs and have lots to offer affiliates in their viral marketing, and the best part is that both are free to join and become affiliates for. I suggest you check them both out and determine which one will work best in your marketing, or join and try them both out for free.
