Affiliate marketing is one of the most proven ways to make money on the internet, and Ewen Chia is one of the world’s top affiliate marketers. He has a proven track record with years of experience in internet marketing, specifically affiliate marketing. If you don’t know anything about Ewen Chia, just google him and you’ll see he’s made his mark on the internet community.

His product “Secret Affiliate Weapons” is a great introduction to affiliate marketing. Some reviews claim that you need a lot of knowledge about affiliate marketing before you jump into Secret Affiliate Weapons, but I claim the contrary. I’ve taken a good look inside the product and have reviewed all the ebooks and reports provided, and I believe this program will work for even those brand new to affiliate marketing or any kind of internet marketing for that matter. I personally feel that using his program will deter many new affiliate marketers from making the most common mistakes that newbies make.

Affiliate marketing is not a “get rich quick” solution to quitting your full time PAID JOB! It takes time and work, and Ewen lays out a good plan for earning affiliate commissions in “Secret Affiliate Marketing” for the beginner and the struggling intermediate.

Affiliates need to have an affinity for the niche market they are in. They need to like their niche and have a natural attraction and kinship with their niche market. If an affiliate is not committed to and connected with their niche…they will not succeed. Ewen Chia is very clear about this, along with the fact that he shows you how to have the mindset to tackle your niche market in a profitable way.

Face it…we all start out as internet “newbies”. Most of us struggle through the process of setting up our online businesses without mentors or coaching. We work our way through the tons of emails that pile up in our mailboxes, reading through every one of them hoping to find that magic bullet to make us money on the internet….you know, the one that we don’t have to spend hundreds of hours figuring out how to use it. A few people wrote me asking what the difference was between the Viral Ebook Explosion program and the Butterfly Reports program. In my opinion, they are both good viral ebook programs and I’m using both of them in my viral ebook marketing. I thought I’d expound on a few of the differences between the two ebook programs here.

• Free Membership gives you the opportunity to rebrand the viral ebooks with your own affiliate links included, create download pages that you can promote on article sites, press release sites, your own squeeze pages, ad sites such as USFreeads, and to your own list. You also automatically become an affiliate with your free membership to Viral Ebook Explosion and earn commission on people you send to the site who sign up for the one time offer and the monthly membership.

Butterfly Reports

• The reports for free members are only branded with 25% of your affiliate links. In order to have the viral ebook branded with 100% of your affiliate links you must upgrade to the Gold or Platinum Memberships.
• Free Membership automatically enrolls you as an affiliate to promote the viral ebooks and viral reports. Also, as I mentioned, when you rebrand the viral reports 25% of the links inside the report will be rebranded with your own affiliate links. Also, with the free membership you can upload one of your own reports to the site each month and once it has been uploaded with your website and your products, other members of Butterfly Reports canrebrand it with their affiliate links and promote your ebook and your products for you. You cannot do this with Viral Ebook Explosion.
• Gold Membership allows you to pay for your membership on a monthly basis and cancel at anytime. It is more expensive per month than the Platinum Membership, but it does allow you to cancel your monthly membership at any time. With the Gold Membership, when yourebrand the viral ebooks (viral reports), they are rebranded with 100% of your affiliate links…as opposed to rebranding with only 25% of your affiliate links with the free membership. Every link in the report will be your own affiliate link. You can also submit 10 of your own reports each month promoting your own products and programs, and then other members can rebrand these reports with their affiliate links promoting your products.
• Platinum Membership is much the same as the Gold Membership except that it is an annual payment at a reduced cost of the monthly membership. All viralebooks you rebrand with the Platinum Membership will be 100% rebranded with your affiliate links, and you can submit and upload 100 of your own reports each year promoting your own products and programs that other Butterfly Report members can then rebrand with their affiliate links promoting your products.
• Affiliate Commissions are 25% of anyone who joins as a gold member or platinum member. Affiliate commissions are paid to you whether you are a free member, gold member or platinum member.
• Affiliate Tools and Resources are readily available on the site for all affiliates and include pre-written e-mails, articles, etc. They also have some great free products for you to download for your own use.

All in all, the main differences are the % of affiliate links that are rebranded with your free memberships…whereby Viral Ebook Explosion ebooks are rebranded with 100% of your affiliate links with your free membership and Butterfly Reports are only branded with 25% of your affiliate links with the free membership. ViralEbook Explosions monthly memberships are a little less expensive than those of Butterfly reports, but you also have to accept the One Time Offer with ViralEbook Explosions before you can upgrade to the monthly membership. With both viral marketing programs you can submit your own ebooks for rebranding, however on Viral Ebook Explosion the ebooks you submit are for your own rebranding and will not be available for other members to rebrand. Butterfly reports allows you to submit your own reports and have them remain on the site for other members to rebrand with your products being promoted.
Both are great programs and have lots to offer affiliates in their viral marketing, and the best part is that both are free to join and become affiliates for. I suggest you check them both out and determine which one will work best in your marketing, or join and try them both out for free.

Using Viral Ebooks for your VIRAL Marketing

What are viral ebooks and viral reports and how can you use them in your marketing campaigns? Viral ebooks and reports are those that one person passes onto another and the book/report spreads similar to the spreading or a virus from one person to another. They are an excellent marketing tool, and if you’re not using them in your online business then you should seriously consider it. They are probably one of the best internet marketing systems for generating traffic to your websites, building your lists, and making sales. What better way to spread the word of your affiliate products or your own product than by having other people spread the word for you.

Here’s how it works. You, or someone else produces an ebook, and inside of that ebook are links back to the website or affiliate programs that you are promoting. The links inside of the ebook/report can then be “rebranded”. By “rebranding” we mean that you can replace these links with your own affiliate link codes, so that when anyone reading the ebook/report clicks on the link and makes a purchase, you’re the one making the commissions because they are clicking on your affiliate links. The recipient of the ebook will also have the opportunity to “rebrand” the book with their own affiliate link codes, so when they pass the book on to someone else they will make the sales and commissions. But keep in mind that your affiliate links will remain in the ebook until someone else “rebrands” the book.

The best viral ebooks have links that are naturally woven into the content of the book in a low key fashion, and the ebook/report itself has lots of good content. If the book does not have lots of good content it will never get passed on and will die a slow death…meaning your affiliate links will never get passed on and you will not make any money. Also, make sure that you have full resale or giveaway rights to the ebooks you’re passing on and that the affiliate links can be “rebranded” by any recipients.

You can distribute these ebooks in many different ways to promote your affiliate links, but the best way is to give it away for free as an incentive for individuals to join your opt-in mailing list. By doing this, you win by building your mailing list plus the book is full of your affiliate links so you hope to make sales by giving the book away for free. In turn, you’re also giving the recipient an opportunity to give this free ebook to his customer list and at the same time “rebrand” it with his own affiliate links for the products that are being promoted in the book.

1) Make sure you chose an ebook with high quality content so that you get wide distribution of your ebook. Give it away for free and it will spread more virally.
2) Make sure there is maximum return for all parties. There needs to be a balance in the rebranding. Giving away a free ebook with free rebranding rights is a great deal. I have found that a minority of the recipients of my ebooks rebrand them (10-20%). The other 80-90% read the books and purchase from my links or pass on the book as a giveaway in their own businesses, but don’t rebrand it therefore my affiliate links are still being virally passed on.

Viral marketing can be a huge source of income in your online business and it is a resource you should definitely be using. It is free advertising that works well if done properly. Give it a try and you may surprised at the results.
